With Recordings & Audio, you can automatically record, transcribe, and process conversations – whether physical or online – using AI agents.

Use cases

1. Physical conversations and in-person meetings

For face-to-face conversations, you can:

  • Record audio – The conversation is digitally captured
  • Automatically transcribe – The AI converts spoken content into text
  • Process with AI agents, for example:
    • Create summaries
    • Generate structured reports
    • Extract to-dos and decisions

2. Online meetings

For virtual meetings, Evoya supports the following platforms:

  • Microsoft Teams (primary)
  • Google Meet
  • Zoom

Meetings are automatically transcribed and can then be processed:

  • Create protocols and summaries
  • Extract action items and tasks
  • Document decisions and next steps
