Create an Agent

There are two ways to create an agent on the Evoya platform: the Agent Builder and manual creation. Both paths lead to the same result – they differ only in how much guidance you receive during the process.

To create an agent directly on the platform, open the Agent Overview and click «Create Agent» in the top right. A popup appears with two options: guided setup and manual setup.

Agent Builder (recommended)

The Agent Builder is a guided wizard that leads you step by step through creation. You simply describe what the agent should do, and the builder automatically generates an optimized prompt and takes care of the basic settings. No prior knowledge required.

Manual creation

Manual creation offers full flexibility: you configure all components of the agent yourself – from the AI model to prompts, data sources, tools, skills, and subagents. This path is suitable for advanced users with special requirements or individual configurations.

Recommendation

Start with the Agent Builder – it is the easiest way and quickly leads to working agents. For more complex requirements, you can switch to manual configuration at any time. All settings remain fully accessible and adjustable.
