Online Meetings

For virtual meetings, Evoya supports the recording and automatic transcription of online meetings. The meetings are transcribed and can then be further processed by AI agents.

Konversa access required

The Recordings feature is only visible if you have additional access to Konversa. Without this access, the Recordings menu item does not appear in the side menu. Contact your administrator if access is missing.

  • Microsoft Teams (primary)
  • Google Meet
  • Zoom

What is possible

The recording of the online meeting is automatically transcribed. An AI agent can then further process the transcript – for example, creating minutes and summaries, extracting action items and tasks, or recording decisions and next steps.
