Product Access
In addition to Roles and Permissions, which control which features a user can use within the platform, Product Access determines which products and modules are visible and usable at all. Some products are included in every subscription, while others require an additional subscription or separate activation.
Product Overview

Chat
Chat is the central product of the Evoya platform and is included in every subscription. All users – regardless of their role – have access to chat. Detailed control over which features within chat can be used is managed through roles and permissions.
Dictations
Dictations (Speech-to-Text) are part of the chat feature and do not require separate access. Anyone with access to chat can also dictate.

Recordings (Konversa)
The Recordings feature – recording and transcribing in-person conversations and online meetings – is provided through Konversa. Konversa is an additional module that must be activated separately.
As long as Konversa is not activated, the Recordings menu item does not appear in the side menu. Once Konversa is activated, users with appropriate access can record audio, have it transcribed, and further processed by AI agents.
Konversa access required
The Recordings feature is only visible when Konversa is activated. Contact your administrator if access is missing.

Bots
Bots allow AI agents to be embedded as chat widgets on external websites. Using bots requires an additional Bot subscription.
Once the bot subscription is active, the Public access type becomes available when creating and editing agents. Only agents with the Public access type can be embedded as bots. The Bot Designer can be opened via the three-dot menu of a public agent, where design and embedding are configured.
Without an active bot subscription, the Public access type cannot be selected, and the Embed menu item does not appear.
