Projects – Introduction
In Brief
Projects are structured workspaces for related files, chat sessions, and agents. They help you consolidate content on a topic in one place and organise your AI collaboration in a clear, structured way.
Technically, a project is based on a folder in the file storage. At the same time, a project is more than just a folder: it creates its own working context in which agents can work with the associated files, follow specific instructions, and conduct project-related chats.
Projects are particularly well-suited to recurring tasks, ongoing topics, or teams that want to keep content and workflows clearly organised.

- Files and folders – Upload and organise content
- Chat sessions – Start new or continue existing project-related chats
When Projects Are Useful
Projects are particularly well-suited when:
- files and chats on a topic need to be consolidated in one place
- an agent is to work repeatedly in the same context
- project-specific instructions for an agent are required
- content and workflows need to be clearly structured and organised
